I have modified the Audio Player WordPress plugin so it could work for WordPress-MU from the mu-plugins directory. I have removed all the user options and there is no parameters to set.
Installation:
Just download the zip file and extract it in the mu-plugins directory.
Usage:

audio:http://www.somedomain.com/path/to/name_of_mp3_file.mp3]

Posted 29 Mar 2008 at 9:50 pm ¶The player at okplayer.com loads, but does not play when I look. I have been battling the WP audio players for a couple days now. Yours, 1-bit and 3-pixel player all… in WP’s 2.5 and 2.3.2 under Firefox 2.0.0.13 all load the file without playing it. I have been leaving messages at WP-forums, in comments and all around in the hopes that someone will have the courtesy to respond on this.
It works in IE, IE… yuck! Have you heard any other reports of this problem, or have some notion as to why this is happening?

Nice plugin. Thank you. I’m trying to customize the color for this plugin to work in WordPress-MU. I tried editing audio-player.php, audio-player.js and audio-player-admin.js. The colors I’ve placed doesn’t seem to be working. I have a black background. Any tips? Thanks. Ulysses.
